Our Beach

We sit in the center of the crescent bay of Playa Sámara, facing south. A barrier reef blocks the rough surf, and provides us one of the safest swimming beaches in Costa Rica. After a hard day of sunning and hammocking, plunk yourself down on our beachfront: watching the dramatic skyscape that unfolds after sunset has become a nightly ritual here at LazDívaz.
Beware: we have coined the term, “Sámara Syndrome”; our guests often abandon all ambition and hang in their hammocks all day, taking in the sea breeze, cooling off in the calm protected waters, reading a book, or just enjoying the chance to relax.
